What is Waterjet cutting ?
Pacific Waterjet machines are fully computer-controlled. The starting point is a CAD file or a dimensional drawing on a computer storage media (disc, flash or memory stick,...) or via email, or even a simple sketch. This document is used to create a program for our machine which pressurizes water to 60,000 pounds per square inch and pushes it through a tiny opening in the bottom arm of the machine, allowing the cut to be made as specified in the program.
